At Healthy Living Studios, our coaching sessions are designed to look at the whole you, not just one aspect of you. The wellness coaching session is developed to look at the physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional sides of each person.
The initial consultation will consist of an hour-long appointment, going over health and family history, current struggles, and your future goals. We want to know exactly what you’d like to accomplish and will create a customized plan to put you on your way to wellness and long term success. This customized plan includes a itimizing your individual needs and health concerns, recommending products, diet, physicial and emotional detoxification. We encourage our clients to reach realistic, attainable goals that we can work toward together each time we meet. We will go over the program together, outlining the key areas you need to focus on.
During subsequent follow-up appointments, we will review your notes based on a log of your goals and discuss your progress and ultimate goal. Sharing a log with me will help you remain accountable and allow me to fully understand what changes need to be made.
Length of therapy will depend on each individual client and their unique needs. Measuring outcomes will focus on health concerns, energy and stress levels, and overall satisfaction with how you look and feel.
During our coaching sessions, you will likely let go of old beliefs that no longer serve you and define new beliefs that support your growth and forward motion in all of these areas. You will evolve to a whole new you during this co-creative coaching process. The coaching process supports and uplifts you, it helps move you forward to reach your goals. As we identify goals, we will guiding you through questions to help you find your own answers within and look forward to creating the person you were meant to be!
